What is Otis Panel?

It is the incentive tracking panel that Lora Danışmanlık provides to its clients. It shows the stage, amounts, validity periods and files of your health tourism state incentive applications in one place.

Who can sign in?

Officers of organisations working with Lora Danışmanlık. Each user sees only their own company; a user with more than one company follows all of them with the same account.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The Otis Panel app for iOS and Android works with the same account as the web, with Summary, Files, Entitlement and My company screens.

Which incentives are tracked?

Advertising, Promotion and Marketing; Patient Travel Support; Workforce Development (Employment); Complication Insurance; International and Domestic Event Participation; Agency Commission; Registration and Protection; Unit Support; Foreign Language and Health Tourism Training; and Certification Support.

Which organisations do you work with?

Polyclinics, private practices, medical centres, hospitals, oral and dental health centres and polyclinics, intermediary agencies, and healthcare providers in specialties such as aesthetics, hair transplant, ophthalmology and orthopaedics.

Where do I see the status of my application?

On the Incentive Application Status screen each application appears in the Application, Review or Concluded stage. The screen updates when a deficiency is reported or the payment moves to the Central Bank.

Do you also help prepare documents?

Yes. We prepare the documents for the Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate, the Health Facility Health Tourism Certificate, the Investment Incentive Certificate, the Tax, Duty and Fee Exemption Certificate, the Industrial Capacity Report and UK travel licences (ABTA / ATOL).

Is my information safe?

Your information is kept on Lora Danışmanlık’s own server; panel passwords and card details are stored encrypted. Each user can only access the companies they are authorised for.
